Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

 

Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. Therefore, our earrings are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundableALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refund Policy Exclusions

If you receive a defective/damaged/incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery by sending us an email with a picture included to [email protected] so that we can quickly correct the issue. Please include your order number and/or return request in the subject line. For example, “Return Request for Order #1234”

You will have the option of having the item(s) replaced via standard shipping (3-5 Days) or you will have the option to opt for a full refund. 

If you chose to opt for a full refund, it will be required that you ship the item(s) back to our warehouse for a final inspection. We will provide you with a return label at no additional costs. 

The item(s) that you wish to return or exchange due to defect or damage must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and unused. Please be mindful that any residue that rubs off on the item(s), such as makeup and deodorant, make the item(s) non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable

Please allow up to 5 business days, from the receipt of your return package, for us to process your defective returns and up to 5-7 additional business days for the money to be credited back to your account. You will receive an email once your return is processed and complete.

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $69.99 & Up. 

We only ship orders within the United States.

Delivery to PO Boxes is not available at this time. 

Both the billing and shipping addresses MUST match or the order will be cancelled and refunded.

All orders are processed within one business day, then sent via USPS mail.

 Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account delays that may arise due to payment authorization or USPS delays.
To ensure that you receive tracking information, please enter your email at checkout. 
All orders are shipped with USPS and are fully trackable on their website. 

Please Note: Once USPS is in possession of your package, we have absolutely no control, and cannot be held responsible if your package is LOST or STOLEN. This matter will have to be taken up with your local post office.

We are not responsible for shipping addresses that are entered incorrectly. If an address is entered incorrectly and mailed to the incorrect address that you entered during checkout, our company assumes no responsibility. Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly. Once an order ships, tracking information is immediately sent via email.

We are not responsible for shipping addresses or names that have been incorrectly entered. If an address or name is entered incorrectly and USPS sends the package back to us, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the package.

If your package is marked as “DELIVERED”, but you did not receive it, please contact us within 24 hours to resolve the issue. 

Due to carrier delays during Holidays, it may take longer than expected for your package to arrive. We thank you for your patience!
